We believe creativity has the power to change lives. Based in Birmingham, we bring people together through art, wellbeing and community projects that support mental health, build confidence and create opportunities. Our work focuses on adults and young people who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health support due to stigma, inequality or financial challenges.
